Adult Industry Advisory Sydney, Australia Lawful · Decriminalised · Compliant

ADULT INDUSTRY ADVISORY.

The back office of a lawful industry. Compliance, not concealment.

Adult-industry consulting for operators who run their venues the way the law intends: transparent, compliant, and staffed by people who are safe. From development applications to anti-trafficking policy, we advise the whole of it.

01 / The Advisory

Who We Advise

We work with venues, brothels, escort networks and adult businesses that want to operate lawfully and durably. Our advice covers the regulatory, operational and social layers - the parts that keep a business open, its workers protected, and its community safe. We do not advise anything that hides from the law; the law in NSW is already on the side of a well-run operation.

The Line We Hold

Every engagement is premised on one position: no trafficking, no coercion, no debt servitude. A business built on coerced labour is not a client - it is a crime scene, and we point it at the authorities instead of advising it. This is not a disclaimer. It is the reason the rest of the practice is worth running.

Sex work is decriminalised in NSW. The work itself is lawful; the abuse around it is what the law prosecutes. Our advice exists to keep an operation on the lawful side of that line - protected workers, a compliant premises, and nothing hidden.
